Kawai River: BBQ & Rubber Rings

I keep on being surprised on how any uni deadline makes me get out of the library and escape the city. Here we are grilling at the Kawai river with some university friends. As if ignoring a deadline would make it go away. Also had some wicked time with huge rubber rings and seeing Japanese youth getting all excited about hitting a watermelon with a wooden stick. Apparently a BBQ custom, they say. Japan…
