Peale vorstide ja lihakäntsakate sissesöötmist kallati muudkui ühte veini ja siis teist niikaua kuni nimekiri otsa sai. Siis sattusin omanikuga juttu rääkima, kes kraamis keldrist välja “südamerohud” ja muud kangemad joogid ja siis läks pilt juba natuke häguseks. Nii et kui meid lõpuks veinikeldrisse viidi, siis ei suutnud ma küll enam 2008 ja 2010 aastakäikudel vahet teha. Aga tore oli. Ja see imehea aprikoosijook ootab külmkapis oma aega.

Gustav tegi kirvega puhta töö, arstitudengid täpsustasid skalpellidega ja Häli andis rosmariini ja küüslauguga viimase lihvi. Siis kõik fooliumisse, veel paar imenippi rabarberilehtedega ja maa alla küpsema. Tulemus fenomenaalne!
